Equally Important, long term recovery relief efforts Also informative key roles of these Relief Organizations for the 2025 Flash Flood Recovery. According to Texas state officials, floods caused the Guadalupe River to rise 26 feet in 45 minutes.

* Funding housing repairs, supplies, and rebuilding efforts focused on long-term recovery.

* **Role:** Large-scale disaster relief and recovery agency with strong regional infrastructure.
* **Recovery Duties:**
* Operating emergency shelters and transitional housing.
* Providing disaster case management and mental health support to flood survivors.
